Welcome to On The Rocks, our luxury seaside holiday home rental, sitting atop an old quay in the tidal creek of Gillan Harbour Helford and surrounded by stunning sea views on three sides at high tide. A spacious, luxurious but relaxed hideaway in Cornwall, with light, high ceilinged and beautifully proportioned rooms. The work of local artists and designers such as Tom Radcliffe and Cream of Cornwall can be seen throughout the house. Watch the sun go down on the rooftop terrace, relax in the jacuzzi watching the cormorants dive in the tidal waters, read a book in one of the hammocks.

his is a truly unique and incredible property, perfect for large families or groups. If anything, the beautiful photos in the listing fail to adequately capture just how nice the property and its idyllic waterfront setting are.Joanna’s home is a perfect base for enjoying the southern reaches of Cornwall, or just relaxing in the home itself and drinking in the scenery. Our group particularly enjoyed sitting outdoors alongside the water/coastal inlet, and watching the dramatic tidal shifts. The kids in our group absolutely loved the area: plenty of interesting things to see and do in the tidal flats, and enjoyed brisk swims when the tide was in.

The house was absolutely spotless on arrival and the hosts were amazing when we needed them.
The cute welcome pack on arrival was a beautiful touch. From the bedding to the knives and forks the house shines out seaside elegance.
